1. What are the pricing structures?

We have recently updated our business model and now have a simplified price structure and this is on normal terms "FOB Port of Origin"

1. Part Container - 60 CBM or less but not less then 31 CBM i.e. a 20FT Container Load = 1 TEQ

2. Full Container - Mixed items. Will recieve further discount on advertised prices. The reason for this is that smaller orders of LCL (less than container load) still need to be distributed by us. If you have a full container then the freight is already built into the price and it will be delivered directly at your Port of Discharge

2. Can I purchase directly from this website?

Yes, but only in container loads, This website is to display our products that are available to trade customers only.

If you are a trade customer you may feel free to browse and add products to your cart. When you have finished you may print off your 'temporary' order and contact us to confirm.

This website have the capability to calculate your Cubic Meter (CBM).

 #  For a 20' Container the Maximum volume allowed  is 31 CBM (Minimum Order)

 #  For a 40' GP Container the Maximum volume allowed  is 60 CBM

 #  For a 40' High Cube Container the Maximum volume allowed  is 67 CBM (Recommended)

3. What are your payment terms?

For container sales, we required 30% deposit to start production and 70% when container is being delivered.

We do not offer credit on any purchases, all goods must be paid before they are released on Port of Discharge.

4. What are your lead times?

Our current lead time is 30 days but it mainly depends on what ranges you would like to purchase.

The basic issue with lead time is on what type of product categories chosen and in what quantity? For Eg. If a customer choose 20-30 or even more type of different categories but in every category only 1-5 pcs then it increases lead time due to longer manufacturing time. But if few categories are selected with larger qty and volume then it dramatically reduces lead time to 30-40% times.

However if you have already bought a bulk order then where possible you can top your order up from our own stock.

5. What are the delivery charges?

For full containers there is no delivery charge.

6. Why do you have a website that displays prices?

The aim of this website is to display our products to a wider audince than traditional means would allow, it also helps fill containers based on pre orders. Any prices displayed are negotiable depending upon larger volume (atleast 5 x 40FT HQ Containers)
