Container Orders - (Minimum 20FT - CBM 30 M³ Approx):

Upon placing order a deposit of 30% is required. The balance is due on Delivery of Containers and/or Payments terms agreed upon to the agreed upon location. By default quoted price of goods include packing and transport to the port of origin i.e. FOB Origin Port but these prices are negitiable on volume to volume basis and upon any specific requirement of customers. Orders are shipped F.O.B from port of origin to customer's port as regular terms but these can be as per customer's choice whether Port or their Warehouses. (Read Full Terms & Conditions...)

Shipping & Handling:

We are not responsible for damages or loss occurring in transit. Our full time quality control staff thoroughly checks all pieces of furniture before  shipping. If there is damage that occurs in transit, please notify your carrier immediately because claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of  goods. UAG is not responsible for any damages occurring in transit.
  
 If a customer receives a defective product, we will need photos as proof sent to us immediately to verify the problem.
